Presentation for the '12 5' development project outline of optical & electrical cables and optical devices industry

In the morning of 19th of September 2010, the grand opening of the presentation held in Shanghai Guang Dong Hotel. The presentation sponsored by the OECAC, more than a hundred of leaders, guests and delegates have attended.

2010 is the starting year for the '12 5' development project , and the project outline was started in the end of march and now it has completed. The project outline officially released during the meeting.

The meeting was presided by Zhu Ronghua the secretary-general of OECAC, and attended leaders including Xiao Hua the director of industry and information electronic communication ministry, secretary-general of CECA Wen XueLi. Xiao Hua has made an important speech for the meeting, he said the '12 5' project should accurately grasp the techonolgy development direction and the characteristics and development law of the industry, also he inducated that change the means of actions and innovative ideas for existing pattern.

Afterward, the honorary chairman Hua JiPing and the deputy secretary-general Sun XiaoWen from OECAC and many industry leaders have made speechs as well.
